About Me

My photo
Joshua Cairns
I started this project originally for myself but realized that it may be inspirational to others. I am going to be making one paint stroke per day on a canvas for 365 days representing one year of personal growth in my mental illness. I will be posting a picture of the canvas on this site each day so others may see it's slow but sure progress. I gladly invite feedback on the painting, growth strategies and accomplishments and any other related feedback. This is not limited to mental illness. If you find it is helpful with something else you are contending with please share. A story or comment that you think is small may be huge to someone else just like one stroke on a canvas.
