Because of time availability I had to do Thursday's and Friday's strokes at the same time. I think the green and red-orange complement each other. If you think positive you will become positive.
This purple stroke goes out to my friend Gail. She hasn't requested it in a while and I thought it looked good against the burnt sienna.
Today's stoke is Burnt Sienna. My favorite nurse loves this color. After all she does for me this is for her. Thank you.

Today I was at the emergency room 9-2:30 getting a CAT scan again. This time on my abdominal. I had sharp pains. They gave me stuff to take and said I should be okay.

Today I've made a black stroke. Not because of my mood being bad. Black makes all the happier colors stand out. Without darkness how could we ever truly appreciate the light?
The Dark Blue stroke today represents my frustration w/this project. I am happy to have made it this far and appreciate all the support. I just feel like my routine is off. Things will get better and I will get back to people better. -Josh
Today I choose the color red. I find that there needs to be a presents of red. It can be warming as well as mysterious what does red mean to you?
