69th. Stroke
Today started beautify with a huge stack of pancakes and a big cup of coffee. I then did some plumbing work for the rest of the day until my appointment. That's when my day shifted. I just have the hardest time grasping the concept of trusting some stranger with my personal feelings and experiences. I spoke to someone else about this and they helped me to realize that it's not the person I have the trouble with it's what they represent to me.

Today the color is yellow. This was suggested by an old friend who was trying to cheer me up a bit last night. She made me laugh and smile and that means allot to me . It's nice to talk to people from my past. I think they where put in my life for a reason and all possess a little piece of who I am. -Joshua

27th. Stroke
The stroke, a bright orange hue is in appreciation of someone that makes me smile every time I see him who happens to favor this color.
I am in a good mood. I had a long and very enjoyable instant message conversation with a good friend about everything from relationships to laughing in our sleep. You forget how powerful laughter really is until you just feel it trumping your emotions and monopolizing your thoughts leaving you silly and senseless for a moment. Well I remember now and it's great. ~Josh

Today was a good day so I decided to go with the color yellow. One of the things I'm working on is being more in control of my moods on the not so good days. I was reading a girls blog earlier and she had a cool idea. What she does each day is writes down three positive thoughts. She writes them on her blog but anyone could take a couple minutes and just write them on some paper. It doesn't even have to be about you. Any three positive thoughts. You here people say "if you tell yourself something enough times you'll believe it". Why not make that statement true and start having more good days? I'm going to try it. I would be interested in knowing about other methods that are working for other people. Thank you -Josh
